Overview
Club Paradise Bay is located at the beginning of Iskar Reservoir, just 30-35 km south of Sofia’s city center, south of the village Dolni Pasarel on the road towards Samokov and Borovets. Nestled within a magnificent pine forest on the shores of Iskar Reservoir, the location offers peace, quiet, fresh air, and incredible views of the bay and the water. The club consists of 5 charming wooden cabins. Two of the cabins each feature 2 separate bedrooms with an additional sofa bed, a private bathroom, and a terrace with a table and two chairs offering direct views of the reservoir. Each room in these cabins can accommodate up to 3 adults. The third wooden cabin sleeps 4 adults, featuring one double bed and one bunk bed, a private bathroom, and air conditioning. Adjacent to this cabin are the sauna, the outdoor hot tub, and the ice-cold plunge tub, all operational year-round. The fourth cabin boasts direct views of the pool and the relaxation area of Paradise Bay. It comprises two double bedrooms and a living room with a double sofa bed. In front of it are the children’s play area and the pool relaxation zone. The fifth cabin is modernly equipped and exceptionally comfortable, serving as a large common living room for all guests. It overlooks the garden and the bay and features a large TV, a wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning, tables and chairs for up to 22 people, and a pool table. Just outside is the charcoal barbecue, and next to it is the fully equipped kitchen for preparing and serving meals. The grounds span 5,000 sq. m. (approx. 1.2 acres), with plenty of trees providing natural shade, flowers, and relaxation spots. It includes a large sun terrace furnished with garden seating, tables, and chairs.
The club offers all the necessary amenities for a wonderful getaway on the outskirts of the capital for groups of up to 22 people. The clean pine air, the relaxing view of Iskar Reservoir, and the altitude of 850 meters contribute to a truly restorative holiday. Summers are cool and pleasant, while winters are mild and beautiful, right where the forest meets the water. The surrounding area features numerous nature trails, most leading towards Vitosha Mountain, two horse riding centers in the Yarema villa zone, natural hot mineral springs near Zheleznitsa, and the Buddha Stupa in the village of Plana.
Club Paradise Bay accepts adult guests only (18+).

Shishmanovski Monastery “Dormition of the Theotokos”
Located about 6 km from Iskar Reservoir, this monastery offers tranquility and an opportunity for spiritual enrichment. It is situated on the Septemvriyski Ridge, 13 km from Samokov and close to Iskar Reservoir, which can be seen from the hills above the monastery. Its name is linked to the former village of Shishmanovo, which was previously called Chamurlii.
