SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES
The villas of BG Hotel Management Ltd. are created and maintained with great care and love, designed individually to provide our guests with comfort, luxury, and a sense of uniqueness. All damages or losses during the rental period are the responsibility of the guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of our villas. For this reason, upon check-in we require a refundable security deposit, the amount of which varies depending on the villa, number of guests, and purpose of the rental.
In the event of damages or missing items during the rental period, the owner has the right to request that the guests and their accompanying persons vacate the villa immediately, without compensation or refund of the paid deposit.
Upon check-in, a cash deposit is collected and a deposit receipt is issued. The deposit is refunded to the guests after an inspection of the villa at check-out, provided no damages have occurred and smoking has not taken place inside the property.
