BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT TERMS:

Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a 50% advance deposit of the total reservation value. This payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation. (Please send your proof of payment to booking@bookvilla.bg). If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

The remaining 50% balance is payable either in cash upon check-in or via bank transfer no later than 3 days prior to the arrival date.

CANCELLATION AND PENALTY POLICY:

A confirmed reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 21 calendar days prior to the arrival date.

If the advance deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking confirmation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

For cancellations made less than 21 calendar days prior to the arrival date, a penalty fee equal to the total amount of the reservation will be retained.

For reservations made at the discounted 10% off “Non-refundable” rate (which requires immediate payment), the full amount paid will be retained as a penalty fee in case of cancellation.

In case of a no-show on the arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled, and a penalty fee equal to the total amount of the reservation will be retained.

In the event of an early departure or a shortened stay, any amounts paid will not be refunded.
