If you are a nature lover, don’t miss the chance to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the Rila Mountain. Villa Addis is built entirely in Alpine style and was completely renovated at the beginning of 2024. Its interior is crafted from natural materials, harmonizing perfectly with the surrounding environment.
Villa Addis is located in an exceptionally quiet and peaceful area, just 1000 meters from the center of Borovets Resort and the gondola lift. The villa is set away from main streets and roads, ensuring no car noise and offering incredibly fresh air. It masterfully combines the coziness and tranquility of the mountain with all the entertainment opportunities that Borovets has to offer.
Villa Addis is a spacious three-story house with a capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests – perfect for family holidays, gatherings with friends, or relaxing weekends.
The first floor features a cozy living room with a fireplace and a spacious dining area connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need for cooking and serving meals: stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, espresso machine, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and juicer.
On the same floor, there is a bar and a lounge area with 8 seats for relaxation and games.
From the living room, you can step out onto the veranda, which offers a year-round jacuzzi (38–40℃), a heated outdoor pool (29–31℃) available from May to October, as well as a sunbathing area with loungers.
For extra convenience, there is also a separate toilet on this floor.
For additional comfort, we can offer our guests an incredible homemade breakfast. All the products we use come from small local farms and producers – milk, cheese, yellow cheese, cold cuts, butter, jams, mountain tea, homemade syrups, and liqueurs.
We also provide a specially selected three- or four-course lunch or dinner menu, prepared by the chefs at Moura Mountain & Villas Spa Hotel. Catering can be arranged at a time specified by the guests. Everyone is also welcome at our restaurant at Moura Mountain & Villas Spa Hotel, which offers buffet service or an à la carte menu.
Upon request, we can organize excursions to Tsarska Bistritsa Palace, the Seven Rila Lakes, Musala Peak, and the Black Rock area, with or without a mountain guide, as well as various activities such as tennis or horseback riding.
We also provide transfers to and from Sofia and Plovdiv.

Ski Slopes
Borovets offers more than 58 km of marked ski slopes, the longest being 12 km, a 35 km cross-country skiing track, a biathlon course, as well as a 70-meter ski jump.
The ski area has three zones for alpine skiing disciplines and snowboarding:
- Ski Center Sitnyakovo – from 1350 m to 1780 m above sea level, equipped with snow cannons covering over 2.0 km of slopes – “Martinovi Baraki”, as well as slopes for night skiing “Iglika” and “Rila”.
- Ski Center Yastrebets – from 1340 m to 2369 m above sea level, with snow cannons ensuring perfect snow cover on the slopes “Popangelov” (former “Yastrebets 2”) and “Yastrebets 3” with an area of 200 decares.
- Ski Center Markudjik – from 2144 m to 2550 m above sea level.
Due to their varying difficulty, the slopes are suitable for beginners, advanced skiers, and experts.
