Yarema Forest House is located in the central part of the Yarema villa zone at the foot of Vitosha Mountain, just 20-25 km south of Sofia’s city center. The villages of Zheleznitsa and Bistritsa are nearby to the north, and Plana is 11 km to the southeast.

The villa is nestled in a pine forest, offering a quiet and peaceful setting. This two-story house can accommodate up to 10 guests in regular beds and up to 2 additional guests on extra beds. It is modernly equipped with all the necessary amenities for a wonderful getaway on the outskirts of the capital, ideal for small groups or families with children.

The clean air of Yarema and Vitosha Mountain, combined with the altitude of 1320 meters, contributes to a truly restorative and relaxing holiday. Summers are cool and pleasant, while winters are beautiful and snowy, much like in Borovets. The area around the villa features numerous nature trails, most leading towards Vitosha Mountain, two horse riding centers, natural hot springs near Zheleznitsa, and the Buddha Statue in the village of Plana.

Yarema Forest House is a modern, two-story house with a maximum accommodation capacity of up to 11-12 guests in double rooms. The villa is stylishly furnished with natural parquet and wooden floors, natural materials, woven rugs, and oil paintings. Each room features a double bed, with one room also including two additional single beds. On the ground floor, there is a large split-level living area comprising a lounge with luxurious sofas, a wood-burning fireplace, a comfortable dining area, and a bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing and serving meals, including a hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, espresso machine, bean-to-cup coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and kitchenware. The first floor houses three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilets. Two of these bedrooms have their own sunny balconies. The fourth family room, featuring a double bed and two separate single beds, is located on the second floor of the villa. The dining area opens onto a large, sunny garden overlooking Vitosha Mountain. This outdoor space includes a charcoal barbecue, garden furniture for 8 people, relaxation facilities, a swimming pool, a children’s playground, and a hammock for complete relaxation. The villa is equipped with a power generator and a hydrophore system with a 1200-liter backup water tank to ensure a seamless stay for our guests.

The Yarema villa zone is located on the eastern slopes of Vitosha Mountain within the Pancharevo district, just 25 km south of Sofia’s city center. The villages of Zheleznitsa and Bistritsa are nearby to the north, and Plana is 11 km to the southeast. The area offers many natural landmarks to visit. One of the most frequented spots is the “Zheleznitsa” mineral spring. Located about 2 km from the village, its water maintains a year-round temperature of 28 degrees Celsius and flows from about 12 springs. There are also two or three natural forest pools (“topila,” resembling jacuzzis) created for relieving stress, fatigue, and skin conditions.

A popular route for a scenic walk is the panoramic path “Galunka.” It connects the Vitosha villages of Bistritsa and Zheleznitsa. It is 4300 meters long and takes about 2 hours to walk. The path starts at the end of Bistritsa village and ends at Aneva Fountain before Zheleznitsa village. Several rest and picnic areas are designated along the way.

The “Adgor” Horse Riding Centre is located in close proximity to the Yarema villa zone, in an exceptionally beautiful area with stunning panoramic views of four mountains – Rila, Verila, Vitosha, and Plana. The center offers riding lessons for both beginner and advanced riders.
