Welcome!

Dear Guests, we would like to familiarize you with the rules for our villas. They are designed to ensure your safety and a comfortable, pleasant holiday. During your stay, we kindly ask that you help us protect the environment by being mindful of your water and electricity consumption. Please treat the garden with care, just as you would your own. Please help keep the villa clean, just as you would your home. Kindly take care of the furniture and appliances in the villa; during your stay, it is yours to enjoy.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of our villas. This policy includes cigarettes, cigars, hookahs (shisha), e-cigarettes (vapes), and any other smoking devices. For your convenience, ashtrays are provided on all terraces and in outdoor common areas.

Illegal and immoral activities—including but not limited to: gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of fireworks, and possession or use of firearms or other weapons—are strictly prohibited.

Upon departure, guests are obliged to leave the villa in the same condition as they found it at check-in. Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damaged or lost property. Any damages or missing items will be charged for at the time of departure.

Please enjoy the comfort and tranquility of our villas’ relaxation areas; however, we kindly ask that you observe the basic rules outlined below.

Please shower before using the jacuzzi. Smoking is not permitted in the jacuzzi or the relaxation area. Using a towel is mandatory in the sauna and on the sun loungers; towels are provided for your convenience. For health and safety reasons, please do not wear slippers inside the saunas. Food and beverages are not permitted in the relaxation area.

Pets are not allowed in the villa.
